Operations Internship: Fall 2024
As an Operations Intern for the Tulane Journal of Policy and Political Economy, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless execution of our journal's daily activities. This position is perfect for detail-oriented individuals who are interested in the logistical and administrative aspects of running an academic publication. In this role, you will engage in various aspects of operations, including, but not limited to, planning and executing recruitment week, assisting with marketing and advertising for events, supporting the finance chair in resource allocation across different branches, and taking detailed notes during board and operations meetings.
Responsibilities

Participate in weekly meetings with supervisors and the Operations team to receive assignments and coordinate efforts.

Planning and executing recruitment cycles.

Assisting in marketing and advertising for events.

Supporting our finance chair in allocating resources to the different branches.

Serving as a scribe during board and operations meetings.
